CIETAC will organize the 14th China Arbitration Week from 15 to 21 September 2026, and the flagship event, the China Arbitration Summit 2026 (the “Summit”) will be held on 18 September 2026 in Beijing.
The Summit will be hosted by CIETAC, the China Maritime Arbitration Commission (CMAC), the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), and the All China Lawyers Association (ACLA), with Chinese-English simultaneous interpretation. Held on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of UNCITRAL and the 70th anniversary of CIETAC, the Summit will be convened under the theme of “International Arbitration in a Changing World”.
