The Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA) has the pleasure to host Round-Table Discussion organized by the British Egyptian Business Association (BEBA) under the title “Recent Developments in International Arbitration and the Role of CRCICA” on Monday, May the 7th (from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.) at the CRCICA Premises, Cairo-Egypt. The Guest Speaker will be Dr. Ismail Selim, Director, the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration, CRCICA and the discussions will be moderated by Ms. Sara Hinton, Senior Partner, I&P (Ibrachy Legal Consultancy).
   
Under the broad theme of “ Recent Developments in International Arbitration and theRole of CRCICA”, the following topics will be handled:
 
 
1.  Presentation on the Role of CRCICA and its latest statistics compared to other arbitration institutions. 
2.  New issues and updates on how to draft and negotiate arbitration clauses.
3.  International arbitration – most recent development, ongoing reform of the Investors State Dispute Settlement regime  (« ISDS ») Regime.
