Association for the Promotion of Arbitration in Africa is glad to support the China Arbitration Summit 2026.
As the flagship event of China Arbitration Week, the Summit will focus on the theme of “International Arbitration in a Changing World”. In the context of profound global transformations unseen in a century and global economic and trade patterns experiencing major shifts, and to mark the 60th anniversary of UNCITRAL and the 70th anniversary of CIETAC in 2026, this high-level gathering will bring together leading figures from the global arbitration and legal communities to engage in in-depth discussions across three core dimensions: strengthening global integration of the rule of law, promoting innovation while preserving the fundamental values of arbitration, and empowering industrial development through forward-looking approaches.
The Summit will be a one-day event with simultaneous interpretation in English and Chinese. It will also be livestreamed worldwide, with its main venue in Beijing,
China.
